Monitoring the ripeness of the grapes on the vines, rigorous selection of the grape harvest allow us to offer Saint-Joseph Red in different variants. The Saint-Joseph red is vinified traditionally with 15–18 days’ maceration in vats.
Strong ruby red with violet glints, gleaming, aromatic, rich with notes of red fruit and spices (white pepper). Supple on the palate with fine-grained, taut tannins, with a spicy, red fruit finish. Good structure.
A pleasant accompaniment to dishes using lamb and red meats.
Wine to be served at 16°C after brief airing. Drink within 9 years.
